It uses centrifugal forces to accelerate the settling of solid particles. Generally, a particle-laden gas stream is introduced creatively in the unit. Then, the gas moves downward and later up to the top. The cyclone separator is formed of a vertical cylinder with a conical bottom in which the gas-solid particle mixture enters in a tangential inlet near the top. Our product substantially reduces the amount of testing required, which saves time and cost.
